The Pearl Moonstone Luxury Eye Collection

I have loved Wayne Goss from the very beginning. I have most of his brushes, the blush, and his first eyeshadow palette, the Imperial Topaz. I love that palette and use it all the time. I love the variations that can be obtained with a little experimentation. When I saw a preview of the Pearl Moonstone palette, I knew I would love the grays because the 2 mattes have some color (purple and blue) as opposed to being flat out neutrals. I have hazel eyes and those shades really bring out the color of my eyes. But I never thought I’d even think of using the iridescent teal. I’m almost 70 and have no place to go where I can pull off that kind of glamour. BUT mix that color in with one of the brown shades in the Imperial Topaz palette and you have the most beautiful khaki ever. And that’s the whole secret to these palettes. Using both gives you possibilities that you never knew were possible. I’m an artist so I do understand color mixing. But even if you don’t, you will surprise yourself by giving it a try. And those eyeliners! I was a little hesitant about that at first because I tend to use only black to tight line lashes and Wayne’s hazel which is the perfect brown-almost black for women like me of a certain age. (oh well). But these 2 colors...the blue sapphire and deep amethyst, are stunning. They are very dark so wearing them won’t ring your eyes in screaming color. They will enhance your beautifully without being obvious. I could go on forever about how happy I am with these purchases. Not to mention how happy I am with Beautylish, always. I mean, delivery in 2 days. That’s pretty much unheard of these days. And always, superb customer service.

I usually buy my makeup from the supermarket when I'm doing my weekly shop.But having watched so many of Waynes fantastic youtube videos I decided to try it out. At the age of 66 my eyes are droopy and I wear glasses so it's important that shadow doesn't make my eyes look creepy and the shadow is visible under the hooded eye and glasses. The pigment used in the eye shadow pallet glide on and blend effortlessly and the pallet case is robust and stylish with a great mirror. The kohl pencils go on easily and everything stays on all day and looks like it was just applied. I'm so pleased with my purchase and have been using the eye shadows and pencils every day since they arrived despite being on lockdown and no where to go. Thanks Wayne, I'll be buying your next pallet, Thank you Wayne.

I love this go-to pallet as Wayne has made luxury a daily necessity. Going out or staying in this pallet is versatile as it is one-of-a-kind.

I received my Collection yesterday! I was so excited to open it. These colors are stunning, just stunning! He really does offer the softest kohl pencils I’ve ever felt...to be honest I wasn’t really wearing any eyeliners, until he came out with his last Collection. Once I received those 3 I loved how easy it is to add liner. I also love using his Black shades to line as well. Oh these shades in Pearl Moonstone are phenomenal...I am in love all ready and I’ve only had them for a day! I love this color story! Thank you Wayne for thinking about we over 50 and creating shades that make it easy for us to enhance our own personal beauty!

A couple of days ago I received my order. This is my second eye shadow palette that I have purchased from Wayne Goss. Yesterday I had the chance to wear this collection and I must say this set lives up to my expectations of luxury. Wayne Goss has done it again. It is well put together and can be worn at any time of day or night. The eye pencils apply smoothly and are very pigmented. Definitely recommend this set to anyone looking for a simple yet elegant eye set to go to for everyday.

Pearl Moonstone is lovely. The peachy shimmer shade pairs with the blue and purple toned grays. The choice of complementary colors are novel and inspiring amidst a sea of cool toned taupe palettes.

My favorite way to use the mattes is layer them over the blue or purple kohl pencils. I use the gray mattes eyeshadows separately. Each matte can be deepened by the black.

The kohl pencils are soft enough to smudge as well as sheer out, almost like a cream or stick eyeshadow. They also work beautifully to line the eyes.

The peach and gray shimmers are sheer to light. They are not very pigmented, which I prefer, because they give this beautiful wash of reflective light.

The blue celestial shade is a standout color. It adds subtle or high impact drama depending on how it is used without being garish or dated.

The formula if this palette is just lovely on my more mature, hooded eyes. I find myself revisiting my favorite smokey eye looks from my 20s, looks that are flattering again, because of this palette’s formula.

Wayne Goss’s products has impressed me so much that I have influenced my twin to purchase (and she loves them), and we both purchased eye and lip products for our 72 year old mother.

I really liked the look of this palette when I saw the reveal and knew I had to pick it up with no reservation. When I received it in person, I knew I made the right choice...and when I used it, I was blown away! I’m a 50+ makeup enthusiast with humble skills and I found the formula easy to use as it applied beautifully on my mature, hooded eyes. I was able to create more than one look, from one and done, subtle daytime and intense evening. This palette is fun to use and gorgeous to look at. With mask wearing a new normal, I’m so happy to have a palette that allows me to amplify my eyes in several different ways.

This palette, the pencils are from another world. I didn't order the 1st palette as it had common colours, that I already have in my collection. But this palette.. is something else. The colours are just so beautiful, different, unique. I just love them so much. And the colour of the pencils really compliment my eyes (brown). The delivery was very quick, the packaging was so nice. I love everything about this purchase. Xmas came earlier this year. Thank you Wayne! Thank you Beautylish!

Love the color story, the big pans of shadow, and the wonderful eye pencils. I love this collection as much as I loved the first Imperial Topaz. These are just the best in application and wear. They don't look muddy or too flashy(celestial shades) I can't wait to see what Wayne brings out next.

Oh these colors are a perfect together and the blue dazzler is absolutely elegant on any lid and any age. I must add my delight at how unique the two liners are. Never seen such a sapphire sizzler for the eyes and it smudges beautifully for soft under eye flirting. Wayne knows exactly what we need to feel loved. Looking forward to his holiday brush! And of course I have all of his brushes and multiples of many.
