Best Lipgloss ever tried
So usually I don't use Lip cosmetics, because I don't like the feeling on the lips and this stickiness...BUT These amazing Lipglosses blow my mind. They are SO comfortable to wear, they are glossy, absolutely not sticky and I deeply fallen in LOVE with the colours...OMG I will use Petunia for my Wedding....that being said...THANK YOU WAYNE GOSS for this lovely Products...Greetz from Germany

I was all set to purchase Cherry Blossom lip gloss along with Lily lipstick, but they sold out immediately. So I had to improvise and I bought (among other things) Hibiscus. Basically because I like the word "hibiscus." I know, silly reason. Plus I rarely opt for metallic shades. But it's not really metallic; it just glistens, and the color and texture are divine. Totally changed my mind about shimmery lip glosses. With Hibiscus, light literally doubles and casts a soft rose-gold that utterly heavens the lips. Makes them look so full and supple. This, then, prompted me to try Chrysanthemum. Also more beautiful than I imagined. It's a slight misnomer to describe this as golden bronze with golden shimmer because it overlooks the fact that there is a definite pink undertone which makes it work beautifully on my cool-toned complexion. Then I tried it on the scrunched face of my (feigning torture) husband because he's olive complected. When he stopped grimacing I saw the same pinky bronze coming through and looking gorgeous on his skintone as well. These really do seem to work on all skintones. I also picked up Amaryllis lipstick in lieu of Lily and it's gorgeous, too. Warms me up just a bit which will be perfect for the summer. Still wait-listed for Cherry Blossom and Lily, though : )

I rarely wear lip gloss because they are too sticky for my taste, and they make the lines on my lips very apparent. But because it's from Wayne Goss and the Chrysanthemum looks very different from other lip glosses, I have to get it to try. And wow, it is different. While it's shiny (hey it's stated High Shine), it's not so sticky that I cannot bear. Plus it doesn't make the lines on my lips more obvious than they already are! A huge bonus point for me.
As for the colour, it is a bronze with shimmer - very mesmerising. You can wear it on its own, or layer it on other lipsticks to give your lips more depth. I tried layering it on top of Wayne Goss's lip stick Carnation and the result is stunning.

I wear gloss as i think it most flatters my mature lips and I'm always on the lookout for one that is wearable without being sticky. These are great on my lips - comfortable and flattering - I bought both Antique Rose and Chrysanthemum and will be buying several more when they are once again in stock. They are not sticky and work well alone (with his lip pencils) and with a lipstick. I applaud Wayne with his launch and Beautylish for helping him. I am proud to say I have been watching Mr. Goss for over a decade and have been ordering from BL for about as long.

I had given up on lip products because in my 40's the thrill was simply gone for me! Enter Wayne Goss who has created the most perfectly pigmented lip gloss infused with a delightful peppermint oil. You couldn't find a more perfect lip gloss! I'm medium olive skinned and I purchased Sepia pencil and unfortunately the liptick I wanted was sold out. So I reluctantly picked chrysanthemum gloss to pair with my pencil until the lipstick shade I wanted is restocked. When I opened that impressive silver box and took out that nail polish-esque bottle of lip gloss.....OMG! If the gloss is just this great, I cannot fathom how great the lipsticks feel and perform! I'll definitely wait patiently for my shade to be replaced but I'm in no hurry because this gloss gives me life! And my lips look STUNNING with this color! Super hydrating and perfectly pigmented! Thank you for this pleasant surprise!!!!

Received these beauties today and am currently wearing Tulip, standing in my kitchen whilst drinking red wine (isn't everyone?). I ordered Tulip, Antique Rose and Hibiscus. My lips are VERY chapped and this feels like silk. Gloss usually will stick to and accentuate dry lips- not these. Velvet is another adjective that comes to mind. The pigment is perfect, sleek packaging and the hint of mint is not offensive (remember, I'm drinking red wine). Wayne- I had NO doubt these would be amazing! Well done!

In love with this gloss! I have medium skin with a neutral to slightly warm undertone. My lips are not naturally all that pigmented. Petunia is the best MLBB gloss color I have ever found. Worn alone it brightens up my face with natural looking color and with a shine that makes my lips look juicy but in a way that feels totally appropriate for my age (50). The formula is neither too slick nor too sticky. There is a bit of tack, but I like that because the color doesn’t slide around and stays put for a reasonable amount of time for a gloss. There are no gross strings of gloss when you separate your lips — it’s not that kind of tack at all. The gloss also looks gorgeous over any lip pencil I’ve tried so far. I don’t ever want to be without WG Petunia gloss!

Jun 02, 2020I purchased 3 glosses along w/ 1 lipstick & liner, I like these better but am not blown away by them. these days I gravitate towards gloss more but they're not as high shine as I prefer. I have the shades tulip, cherry blossom and petunia. The applicator is ok, not my favorite and I don't find too much product to come out. But the stopper should have been smaller so the product doesn't fly out when removing the wand.
- Tulip is a milky consistency which I expected but if you go in with a light layer and let your lips warm it up its not bad, I wouldn't recommend layering over lipstick. - Petunia is the clear winner for application and color - not too dark and would probably flatter many skin tones. - Cherry Blossom is a little less pigment ( I actually prefer a sheerer gloss), just a good mid tone warm pink. if struggling between hibiscus and this, I would only get one as they are too similar in my book. Cherry Blossom is pinker and a touch deeper, hibiscus is warmer a bit brighter.
Shades in pic - T to B lipstick- lotus glosses - petunia, cherry blossom, tulip liner - vintage pink
