Brush 04 Small Eye Shadow Crease Brush

Okay, so this brush is very special. First is it super soft, it has all-natural hair, and all of the brushes have a small domed tip. This brush is a nice full brush however it is not too dense, which gives it the perfect amount of give when applying on your eyes. Synthetic hairs have a problem with picking up to much product, and especially with a blunt tip, give streaky application. The natural domed tip of this brush gives a gradient effect effortlessly. I have sensitive eyes and a lot of times putting on eye makeup would irritate them because of the blunt, dense not-soft brushes, however this feels really nice and soft on your lids. Also the brush is amazing in that it picks up the product very well but does not stick to the brush hairs after application, making my makeup so much easier. I am so happy with this brush and pleased that it is cruelty-free. :)

I just received the Sonia G Crease Pro, Wayne Goss 19, Wayne Goss 4 brushes as part of my first order of higher end eyeshadow brushes. These are all about the same shape, kind of fluffy with a pointed tip and I am really happy with all of them. I do feel I have more control in blending out than I did before. I took so long trying to decide which ones to get and they are all good. I am posting photos to show relative size and shape differences just in case it helps anyone decide. The Wayne Goss 19 is the slightest bit smaller and pointier than the other 2. The Sonia G Crease pro is the slightest bit stiffer than the Wayne Goss brushes but not by too much. I have smaller asian hooded eyes and these all work for me. I could have probably gotten away with just getting one but not disappointed I got all 3 because I do feel the slight differences and feel they could come in handy in different situations. The Sonia G Crease pro and WG 04 are almost interchangeable to me, but if you like a slightly stiffer brush for packing color on a little faster this might be better. The slightly less stiff WG 04 is probably better if you feel more comfortable with softer applications of shadow and building up intensity. The WG 19 would be better if you really like precise blending between color transitions on smaller eyes. If I had to just order one, I'd probably choose the Wayne Goss 04. It feels the most comfortable. I like the the less stiff feel and the size and tip is just the right size for my eyes.

While I don't have small eyes, I have a bit of a hooded lid situation going on, and eye makeup has always been torture. I was using EcoTools, which were just not doing it for me, then purchased the Hakuhodo J5523 and found it too large to control comfortably. The WG04 is absolutely perfect, and everything I had hoped the J5523 would be! It's small enough for precise application, not scratchy (not UBER soft either, since then it wouldn't blend well, but comfortable), and manages to both pack on color and blend it out nicely. And I definitely prefer the pointed tip of the 04 to the flat tip of the 5523.

This is one of my holy grail brushes. I have hooded eyes and this is perfect for creating depth in the crease when I severely lack it! It has a nicely tapered shape to it where I can not only use it for my crease but along my lower lash line as well. I prefer to apply and blend the crease color with my eyes open and this brush is small enough where I can have control of the placement without it going all the way up to the brow. It blends like a dream and it is soft like my kitty without the shedding. It's for any eye shape really but it's a unique shape I believe since most tapered crease brushes are quite large. I love my brush to pieces and use it every day. Well worth the $28.

Wow, what a difference this brush makes! I first purchased the #6 brush which I also really enjoy using, but I feel like I never knew crease-work until I started using the #4. I have significantly hooded eyes, and the size, tapered shaped and supreme softness work very well to reach into my crease and up onto the hood of my eyelid. This would be my brush of choice for an entire eye look.

I have hooded eyes like Wayne Goss so when I was looking for good brushes for hooded eyes, I found him on YouTube. I have not used every single blending brush on the market BUT I have used brushes from Sigma, Morphe, Crown & a few others and this brush was so life changing on so many different levels. First, let me tell you about the shape. The shape was perfect to create that perfect illusion that I have actual creases that are not hidden under the hood. This brush applied the shadow beautifully on to my lids and then let's discuss the way it blended my shadow. I was done blending so much faster than any other brush I own. I was blown away with how well and quick it blended my shadows and removed any harsh lines. This brush is the softest brush that I own. I will admit that the packaging could be prettier or more sturdy, I feel like it looks and even feels a bit flimsy considering the expensive price, BUT I can overlook that because the brush itself changed my makeup game all together. Way to go Wayne, perfection! A hooded eye dream.

I am in no way near a professional, so when I wanted to start creating eye looks slightly more advanced, I found my brushes held me back. I took a chance though and ordered this (and brushes 03, 06, and 07) and achieved the look I've been wanting. I am simply amazed at how just changing the brushes I used could make such a difference. I used this to apply shadow to my outer v of my eye and it worked perfectly! I highly recommend!

Before Wayne Goss started making his amazing brushes, I thought I could only use synthetics. My eyes are extremely sensitive, and nearly every other natural hair brush I tried irritated my eyes or felt like they scratched or dragged my lids. Wayne's brushes are the softest brushes on the planet. I'm talking kitten fur, pussy willow, golden retriever puppy soft. I may or may not brush them on my face even without product from time to time. And I love that they are handcrafted and cruelty free.

I have slightly hooded/deep set eyes, and the size of this brush is absolute perfection for adding definition in and above my crease. The shape allows for precise application exactly where you want the color, and the softness makes blending an absolute dream. It also picks up and holds the perfect amount of color with virtually no fall out.

Brush 03 is perfect for that finishing touch; it's larger size makes the task quick and easy, and it's softness means you won't undue any of your eye contour during the blending process. If I could only choose two eye brushes from the line, these would be it (although that would be a tragedy, because they are each unique and amazing).

Wayne's brushes wash well and hold their shape (and, most importantly, their softness). I've had mine since January 2014 and it's in impeccable shape consistent use.

This brush is the one I have been searching for. It is soft on the delicate eyelid skin and does the job it was created to do. This will not be my only Wayne Goss purchase.

I have to say that I am in LOVE with this brush and can't wait to put my eye make-up on so that I can play with this high quality brush!! Also...this company(beautylish) is the bomb-diggety!! I order one day and 2 days later the product was in my hand with a hand-written note card concerning the brush and to welcome me to the company!!
