Collagen Peptides

I started using Vital Protein collagen because of dietician’s suggestion. I didn’t think much of it other than it made my coffee a bit more frothy. Fast forward about 3 weeks and my nails were growing like mad and my skin looks so much more glowy (is that a word?). Co-workers have commented on that my skin looks so fresh and dewy, even though my foundation routine has not changed. I am 42 years old, in case you’re wondering. I have been taking this for 3 weeks now and I have noticed that nails are growing like I've never seen before. Hair and skin looks healthy. I love this because it is tasteless, dissolves instantly and does not change the texture of whatever it is in. I will continue to use this, so much easier than taking pills. Thoroughly convinced and really wish I would have discovered this brand much sooner.

I have been mixing this in my matcha latte every morning. It is easily dissolved. The reason why I prefer this brand over others is that it does not have a funny smell and taste like the other ones that I've tried. It has definitely been helping with my hair and nail growth!
