Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate 10%

The texture of this cream has me totally in love. Just out of the tube it feels rich and fairly thick, but not heavy, greasy, or loaded with silicones. It is nourishing and moisturizing, and despite it's rich consistency, is amazingly light feeling and absorbs quickly. My fave is left dsoft, adequately moisturized, and comfortable. It doesn't have the best scent...but I imagine that is due to the absence of perfumey ingredients, for which I am grateful! Fortunately, the not-so-awesome scent vanishes immediately...I couldn't detect it whatsoever once the cream left my hands and was on my face. I have aging skin that is prone to dryness and this cream was an instant love for me. I think this will be wonderful for folks with normal-to-dry and/or mature skin!

I've been using The Ordinary since March religiously and this is my 2nd tube of this and I use it daily. It absorbs quickly and feels so soothing - I have found I can apply makeup with no problems after using this in the am but I DO give it about 5 minutes to settle before I add my primer. Listen, this line has absolutely changed mine and my daughter's life. My skin has NEVER looked better and I just turned 50 this year and my skin care routine was just wash my face twice a day and if I thought about it or felt dry I might put moisturizer on. So to find something that works as well as this line does and as inexpensive as it is you can not beat it. I LOVE ordering it from Beautylish for several reasons. Really great for the price. It's pretty effective at brightening my skin and I like this form of Vitamin C because it is more stable and can be layered with niacinamide. As a person who needs to treat their acne while fading their scars, this product is great. I just don't really like the packaging because it's hard to control the amount of product I squeeze out.

Previously, I have used other brands of 20% L-asorbic acid, with ferulic acid and Vitamin E. They worked okay the first couple of weeks, but seemed to lose their effectiveness after that. I think they oxidized quickly, despite still being clear. I decided to try the MAP 10%, as it is a more stable form of Vitamin C. It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, the consistency is good, and it spreads well. It's lightly moisturizing, which works well for my combination skin. I have only used it a couple of weeks, so it's too early to see big differences. However, my skin looks a little brighter and smoother after application. The price is excellent. Overall, I'm very pleased with it.

This a great product for the price. It is kind of grease but that doesn't mean it can't be used day or night. If used during the day please always wear SPF no matter what. The concentration of ascorbic acid isn't the one I would desire but it's definitely a product beginners should consider. Overall I love the product.

Been using this for about 3 weeks - there's nothing that I don't like about this product except for the fact that it balls up. I can't wear this under makeup, I've tried various different ways and allowed it plenty of time to absorb into my skin. Otherwise, it's nice and creamy and does not irritate my skin at all.

Such a silky rich texture. Doesn't dry me out like other vitamin C products. I have purchased again already. Enjoying everything from The Ordinary thus far. Getting many compliments on my complexion.

I really like this item and will be repurchasing but for some reason when I received it the bottle was 3/4 empty??? I went ahead and kept it anyways to try. All I can say is OMG! My pimples, I SAID PIMPLES are starting to vanish! I can't believe it. I use this with matrixyl and squalene oil. I love the combo! I have only had the bottle for about a week now and its already almost gone, see what I mean 3/4 empty??. I will have to repurchase it soon, like with in a few days. But all I can say is try it, you'll love it!!! Still giving it 5 stars for the product even though it was 3/4 empty.

I have only been using this moisturizer for a few days but I love it. It is light weight, not heavy, not greasy, and has no harsh perfumes. A little goes a long way as is with all of The Ordinary Products. Just a pea sized amount does my whole face and neck. After I have finished my skincare routine my fat is left feeling fresh and tingly and look radiant. I haven't been using it long enough to comment on the long term benefits but I am looking forward to being able to! (For some reason I am unable to Select My Rating above - but I do indeed give this product 5 stars). I am looking forward to seeing what other products The Ordinary will put out. I am upping my skincare game and am thrilled to have added these products!

It's really great product. I used it one week with ordinary serum and my skin already smother than before. It's absorbs quickly and feels soft.
