“Buffet”

I have really noticed a difference in my skin. But even better I have had people tell me how refreshed I look. I will continue to buy this. I'm 57 and it's really helping.

Along with Azelaic Acid Suspension 10%, I have been using Buffet, except Buffet I use Day & Night, unlike the AAS 10% that I only use PM. I purchased it because of the Matrixyl 3000, and other various peptide complex's it contains. My understanding is that they're supposed to work synergistically (the peptides) to mimic the appearance of broken down collagen, causing the skin to react by producing more collagen, as well as elastin... again I'm not a chemist, but bottom line, this is supposed to give your skin more elasticity, and I have definitely seen a major improvement in mine. So happy to have Beautylish make these awesome products available to all of us.

I apply this in the morning. Its part of my morning three step process. It is alcohol, oil, silicone, nut FREE. Vegan and cruelty free too. It has no fragrance. Light on the skin yet moisturizing. I picked this product because it is part of their recommended "general signs of aging" regimen. I apply this first, then Hyaluronic Acid 2%B5, and then Natural Moisturizing Facter HA. That is my morning routine before applying my makeup. Although 3 products sounds like a lot for underneath makeup, it actually feels light but moisturizing WITHOUT making my makeup moving all over the place. I have noticed that my makeup applies better with this new routine.

This was recommended to me by the Beautylish beauty advisor, Katja and I am so glad I took her advice! It is the perfect all over face brightener and four drops are all I need to cover my entire face before applying my moisturizer and sunscreen. After using for only a few days a friend asked me today if I was wearing new foundation (no), had new blush (no) or what was different about my face because it looked smoother. Thank you Buffet! For anyone that is having problems with products pilling when you put them on top of Buffet, you really do need only a few drops (less is more) on a clean dry face and let it soak it in for up to 20 minutes if possible before applying other products. That is not in the literature but Beautylish mentioned it so I switched my routine around so I have more time for it to penetrate.

This is my first order from this line, and as usual with Beautylish, my order arrived super fast and beautifully packaged (thank you Jose!!! <3).

I used the Buffet, Azelaic Acid and the Natural Moisturizing Factors all for the first time this morning. My makeup went on flawlessly after the application of all 3. I just took my makeup off for the night and WOW!!! In one day, with one use, my skin is so so so smooth, and my red blotches (from autoimmune disease) have already diminished in appearance. I'm amazed!!! My disease and the medications I'm on have taken a horrible toll on my skin, but now I have renewed hope with these products. Thank you The Ordinary, and Beautylish!!!

I have seen people complain about pilling with this serum. I also had that issue until I figured out I was using far too much and I needed to let it sink in for a few minutes before applying another product. Even a half-dropper full was a too much, so I use just a few drops and wait for about 5-7 minutes before my next product...that does the trick and I have zero issues with pilling. That aside, this product is fantastic! I have noticed the dullness has faded from my winter skin, all my dry patches are gone, and my face just has a certain glow. I haven't been using it long enough to see results with elasticity but I am extremely happy thus far. It's lightweight, gentle, and feels refreshing on my skin. Another win from The Ordinary!

I've seen quite a few changes in my skin. I am very proactive and take pictures of my skin since I started using it. The actives in this product are amazing and it is almost unbelievable that such a great product is so inexpensive. As a Beautylist customer I am proud that they are introducing more affordable and quality skin care.

This is my third bottle since I found out about the Ordinary. I will continue to purchase and use as long as this product is manufactured. I use not only on my face buy also around my eyes, my smile lines have significantly lessened and seem to continue to disappear. I love the difference in my skin!

Who knew such a pertinent skincare item could be so affordable?? Along with the Rosehip oil, this has transformed my skin in just days. My skin has been peeling from I don't know what (prior to using the Ordinary products) but this serum treated my dry patches and makes me look more youthful! I will have to continue my use and review again in regards to its magic on my fine lines, but I feel my face is tight (not in a negative way) and younger looking. Amazing product.

I use this religiously day & night & I've definitely seen a difference in my skin. It just seems to be smoother & more plump. I've even noticed my sun spot has faded a little. The Ordinary line has great products for even greater prices. Other companies sell products not half as good for 3X the price. I highly recommend this product & the Ordinary products in general.
