The Soft Shader is a laydown brush. It can be used on the entire lid, the mobile lid, the outer v or the bottom lashline. The shape is not square as the sides are slightly curved at the top for more precision with the placement.
The base of the brush is thick and dense, the layers on each flat side start halfway and the thickness decreases to allow more precision at the tip but it's not floppy; you still have enough strength to use the tip like a pencil or a smudger along the lashline.
This brush is bundled with white saikoho bristles, you can, for example, use one side to laydown creams and the other to place a sparkly topper.
"I was aiming for a laydown brush that would have a nice flat surface to work with and that would be stable enough for use on the bottom lashline." — Sonia G.

I cannot believe how soft these are. I was amazed. I love using this for depositing an all over color on my eyelids. Such as, lightly setting my primer AND... oh my goodness, the outer v of my eyes. I didn’t even buy it for that purpose but I love it for that. It makes it so easy to apply my eyeshadows that I say to myself... “uh... I’m done already?” Haha. I never knew Sonia G’s brushes were these awesome. I’m a fan!
I wanted more of these brushes and needed my husband to understand why since he asked how many brushes do I need? Haha. So I brushed this specific brush over his eyelids and he was like, “Ooh! Keep doing that” LOL and compared it to my other one and he was like, “OW WHY is it so rough?!” LOLOL okay, so conclusion, I can buy more with his blessings. 🤣
I love this brush so much I have three of them! It is soft and perfect for setting down shadow on lid yet firm enough to use on the lower lash line as well. I also love white brushes as it is more easy to see if they need a wipe off or wash.
