Liquid Foundation

I bought this foundation after seeing that Tati reviewed it and said it was fabulous. I've worn it for a few days now, and I really love it. It doesn't feel heavy or look cakey even though it's full coverage. I like it more than the lancome teint idole or the makeup forever reboot foundation. The wear time has been really good too! I did notice that the product looked like it wasn't 100% mixed in the tube (I could see variations in color through the frosted tube), so I made sure to shake it a bit before using it.

For reference, I am in my late 30's and I have normal to dry skin. I use the foundation with the tarte smoothing primer just in the t-zone.

I have ridiculously oily skin so I am very reluctant to use foundation and, when I do, I usually go for light coverage w/ a matte finish. But I decided to try this after watching Wayne Goss apply it to his adorable face.

First I will say that the color match is the most spot on I have ever found. It's undetectable on my skin except that all the imperfections are gone. It can be sheered out and you only need the tiniest bit for full coverage. I do powder after applying it because I am so oily. The most delightful surprise was that it stayed fresh and somehow held back the sebum production all day. Very mysterious in the best possible way because, when it first dries down it just feels like naturally very healthy skin. I also use it as an undereye concealer and here I apply it more generously. Powdered here as well. Did not settle into any fine lines used this way either. It's a miracle foundation. My only wish is that there was a way to securely seal the cap because I have to toss it in a baggy to feel safe for traveling with it, even though it hasn't leaked yet.

I was excited to try this new foundation but I am reluctant to say that this is the worst foundation I have ever used. It feels sticky, oily, pasty and settled into fine lines I didn’t even know I had. Within two hours, it separated and was sliding on my nose in patches! I will discard as it is too awful to wear at home. I use other products from RCMA such as the five pan foundation cream and I like it. If I could have given it a minus star, I would have done.

This N130 is a great colour match for me (usually an N4.5 in Mac studio fix or CT 3Cool in Airbrush Flawless for comparison) and offered awesome medium to full buildable coverage. I have combo skin and didn't get any more oily than usual in my t-zone. Overall loving it so far 😍

Love, love, love! This foundation is amazing for my 43 year old skin. It covers up all of my hyperpigmentation and looks beautiful. It doesn’t look heavy and it doesn’t feel heavy. I am so glad I discovered this foundation.

Before purchasing this I reached out to RCMA for a colour match. I'd have definitely made the wrong choice if I hadn't done this!

I first tried applying this foundation with my Sonia G Fusion brushes and couldn't believe how thick and cakey it was. It did not work at all. After a few more failed attempts I decided to try with a wet beauty sponge & mixed 1 drop of facial oil in before applying.

BOY did this solve my problems! One pump covered my whole face and it was a dream. I did still dot over one section then blend, and repeat as it does dry fast. The finish was natural but full coverage and my cream contour, blush and concealer sat well over the top. I have combo skin and needed to set on my t-zone with powder. It lasted all day without budging, even with repeated mask putting on and taking off!

I thought I'd made a big mistake with this foundation, but you just have to find out what application works best for you.

After reading and seeing reviews on this foundation I purchased two shades. I really wanted to love this product. But, just didn’t at all. I try different blending methods sponges brushes primers no primers etc. This stuff is like paste right out of the bottle. It gives you no time to blend it out at all. I tried doing one side of the face. Doing dots on the face. You have to blend blend blend blend and it just will not blend into the skin. I do not recommend this product.
