Artistry Singles

My friend talked me into trying Jeffree Star, so I just got this because I’m always skeptical of influencers makeup lines and thank the gGoddess I trusted my instincts. It took me a minute to figure out what this reminded me of, but it was way back in 1993, I was 12 and my mom got me my first eyeshadow, a Cover Girl palette and that is what this reminds me of. There is no excuse to be so judgmental of other peoples products and then put out eye shadow, that behaves like drug store makeup from 1993. I used builder brushes, both synthetic and natural and out of frustration, I even used blending brushes and all I got was a flat blotchy washed out color that got all over my face ( and a bunch of orange brushes). Also, while building other colors I was working with, it started to come off! I ended up just covering it with something else. So, what was supposed to be an easy cut crease ended up taking FOREVER because I had to wash it off my face. This pic is what it looked like when I just gave up. My pride is forcing me to also add one of me with makeup on so you can see that I do know how to do makeup.

Closest I could find to Courtney. Tho I wish the pans were bigger. Formula is still amazing of course. Lol but I need a large pan of Courtney. I dont think ill be buying any more singles bc of the size but I like that the option IS available.

I was really excited to see that Jeffree was selling his shadows as singles. However, I noticed that not all the singles from each palette are available which is disappointing. I have most of his palettes but I didn’t buy Blood Money because I don’t like green on me. I was hoping to pick up a few singles from that palette to give as a gift. It’s also nice to be buy a shade you’ve hit pan on as a single. Hopefully, the singles line will get expanded.

I really long that Cremated Palette...hate the them, some of the shade names.. but I guess death is the only thing that is promised to us in life.. this one's a beauty especially with a little glitter glue. It would make for some gorgeous Halloween looks!! The only reason I took a star off, I know the $10 price range is average, but once I realized I spent $50 on Singles I could have just bought a whole new palette. But they are good to have your palate and you'll just like a few Shades in it.. or want to back up. They are beautifully made there a huge pan ... I would grab this one up because it will definitely be gone by October!!

The most beautiful gold with a hint of green. All I can say is gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!

Shadow came packaged so elegantly I loved it! Was my first time ordering from beautylish and it won’t be my last :)
