Balmy Nights Lip Exfoliator

No lie. I literally exfoliate my lips every night to keep it nice, smooth, and "normal" looking. I make sure to put a hot cloth over my lips for a few minutes before I go in with this exfoliator. Be gentle when using it because the lips are very sensitive and have very thin skin! But it is amaaaazinnnggg! <3

The ILIA Balmy Nights LIp Exfoliators is one of the easiest lip exfoliators to use on the market. I don't like sweet exfoliators and this one is not sweet. It just uses Organic ingredients blended with tiny granules of volcanic stone powder. Just swish on the lips and rub them together, wipe off with a warm washcloth and Viola! You have the softess, most kissable lips in your neighborhood. This stuff is the bomb!

Doesn't taste good at all, but works so well that I can't even be upset. This exfoliator is all business, and it gets the job done. Very easy to use, and is much less messy than using a pot or jar container. Certainly a favorite of mine!

This stuff saved my lips. My lips were basically destroyed by an allergic reaction that left them scarred and flaky and pretty gross. This is the only exfoliant that helped remove the scarring without doing further damage. You don't need a lot. It's easy to use and convenient to travel with. I can't say enough about how good this stuff is.

I've been using mine for a while and I am truly impressed with the results. This is the first tube exfoliator I used and I immediately appreciated the ease-of-use. The consistency of this Ilia one I found to be gritty (it's a fine grit don't worry) - I guess that's the volcanic stone powder - and effective. Yet it never left my lips feeling dry. The product wipes away easily and when I did happen to get it in my mouth, which was every time, the taste wasn't horrifying. Not lemonade but nothing to make me gag either.

The ease of use and the fact that it isn't overloaded with scents and flavors I don't need, makes me love it all the more. It makes my lips so silky soft with little fuss or muss. I bought 1 to see if I'd like it, I should have ordered more. Makes wearing matte lip stick beautifully flawless.

I have tried so many exfoliators and I usually dislike them because they taste sweet, or do not exfolliate enough my lips,. This product is, with the Dior lipscrub, the best one I have tried. Ilia's is even more efficient, but it will leave small traces of the grains as opposed to the Dior one, made of sugar that eventually melts. I switch in between them and will surely repurchase!

This is definitely a very gritty lip exfoliating balm. It will do the job but it’s not all smelly good and bubble gum tasting, (which I love). This is my favorite lip exfoliate and when I run out and try to sub with something different I am always left wishing I had this. If you like the sugar and cotton candy stuff this may not be your thing, but if you enjoy a good exfoliate and aren’t scared to try something not gumdrops and rainbows this is definitely wonderful.
