Sadly a huge miss for me.
I got the curator lash instrument plus the primer and mascara to use with the lash instrument. I tried the combination multiple times, and with other mascara but using the instrument. The primer is nothing new or revolutionary. Its primer. Not even a great primer, just primer. The mascara for me was awful. I tried it with the instrument, with a regular lash wand, and even just wiped some on my arm to try and figure out the consistency. It is clumpy yet runny, and the least liked mascara I have ever used (including .99 wet and wild from clearance bin). It did nothing for my lashes. No curl, no length, well... I guess if you count making them looking like fat spider legs that are clumpy maybe it did something? Returned all three items.
