1.5MM Mechanical Gel Eye Liner

I love this eyeliner!! I love the small size of the tip, it makes it so easy to put on without accidently making my line too thick. I'm 48 years old so my lids aren't as smooth as they used to be but it glides on smoothly without tugging my eyelid or skipping. The color is a beautiful, rich black. I had this on for about 7-8 hours. It looked just as good at the end of the day as it did when I put it on.

I can't believe that I have found an eyeliner that doesn't make me feel so incompetent when applying it. This stuff goes on so smoothly and you can stay accurate to the size of line you want. I don't dread doing my makeup anymore and that is a great feeling. I only wish it would last longer. I seem to go through one stick in about a month and half. I just buy the 3 pack so I don't run out. Great stuff!!

I wrote a review earlier raving about this, because it is phenomenal. It is so easy to work with, the colors stay put, I love the brown as well as the black- BUT...that review was written about a week after I started using it, before I found out how LITTLE amount of product you get and I can't see spending this amount of money for an eyeshadow pencil that last me a month- maybe 20 applications.

I don't mind paying for great products, but when I feel that I am being ripped off, I won't do it. I would give it a score of one-haha!! But the pencil IS fabulous.

If you don't mind replacing your eye pencil 12 times a year- this is a great one! BTW... I only line my upper water line! I found a Maybelline pencil that is the same diameter as this Hourglass. I use it but it doesn't perform like the Hourglass.

This is the best pencil for tightlining my upper waterline I’ve ever used. Why??? Because it DOES NOT transfer to my lower waterline on me. The pencil is so slim that it effortless gets into such a precise spot. The color is such a rich pure deep black. Blacker than most pencils like it. I’m completely in love except for some things.....first it does not retract back down so don’t twist more than you need. Second, this runs out so fast....there seems not to be much product in there. I will continue to buy it because it works so well on me.

I used to hate my morning routine because of messing my Eyeliner up every day, plus Panda eyes unto the limit. Now, i can't wait to start the routine because putting on the Eyeliner is such an exitement with this. Never saw something so precisely working before.

I tend to stay away from kohl eyeliners because they smudge on my eye lids. So my go-to for a while now has been gel eyeliners (those in pots). Problem is, they dry out too quickly before I could even make a dent. So, this Hourglass eyeliner is perfect. Portable, long lasting, easy to apply, so good.

Cons: If u have big eyes, u may need to twist 2-3 times per eye. U can't twist out too much because it will break. Also, it's not possible to tell when u'll be running out.

All on all, love it and I highly recommend!

This ultra-skinny twist up liner was made to wiggle in between lashes. I will actually use this on days when I want maximum effect for very little effort. The gel applies smoothly, and would be great for those who are intimidated by eyeliners. Perfect for running errands, when I want to look put together, but don't really want to spend the time.

The only downside is this liner could be a bit longer wearing, as it has smudged on occasion. But since I mainly use it in my top lashes, this isn't a complete deal breaker.

This is my go-to black liner! I love the thin tip that makes it so easy to apply right on my lash line. I can create a wing so easy & build up the line if needed. It’s very smooth & doesn’t tug on my eyelid.

Seriously, if you've ever needed a pencil liner with the precision of a professional thin and delicate liner brush, then this ladies is for YOU. I LOVE this liner, it gives me the same precise clean lines as any pro liner brush only in a pencil form w/o needing PRO skills.

Please don't cheat yourselves of this fabulousness by Hourglass! While most of their stuff is just "ok" this liner is WORTH the buy!! I wish they would come out with more colors, maybe a light taupe for contouring /definition, that would complete me!

I absolutely love this liner in black so I thought I would try this one. The formula is just as good, but the color isn’t for me. I have to apply a lot to even be able to see it. It wasn’t what I was expecting. I will purchase in a deeper brown next time.
