Update: Changed My Mind About the Rose Hip Seed Oil!
I wrote a review in November '19 about the Face Oil Set praising the Squalane and Ultra-Hydrating oils, but mentioned I wasn't too pleased with the Rose Hip Seed Oil because of a fishy-type scent that just wouldn't go away and could smell all over - in my hair, in my pillow, in everything. Beautylish's fabulous staff reached out to me about it and wound up sending me a second bottle to try with the thoughts that maybe I'd just gotten a bad batch bottle.
Thrilled to report that the replacement bottle of the Rose Hip oil turned out to be MUCH better and I indeed must have just lucked out getting a bad bottle the first time!
I'm still observing a very faint bit of scent, but it's more of a plant-based smell than the "fishy" smell I'd gotten from the first bottle, and that's WAY better than my first experience from the oil! Very happy now + it feels really good on my face!
I've been using it + the Squalane in the a.m. and the Squalane + Ultra-Hydrating in the p.m. and been very pleased, although to be honest since I don't have much of a problem with dry skin on my face and my face leans towards oily but not really, when the current bottles are done (I'm now on my second bottles of Squalane + Ultra-Hydrating as well) I'm not sure that I'm going to proceed with using all three daily because I'm not really sure I need all that much in my routine, especially now that I've been trying out Good Molecules' new moisturizer as well.
I've been a HUGE fan of the Squalane (especially!) + the Ultra-Hydrating oils for going on four months now and I know I will definitely continue with the Squalane (likely for the rest of my life, I love it!). Probably not continue with the Rose Hip Seed Oil - not because it's not good because the replacement bottle I got is definitely just fine + nothing wrong with it, I just feel for me personally 1-2 oils in my daily routine is really all I likely need.
As for the Ultra-Hydrating oil, I do kinda love the idea of using sea buckthorn, and I'm still on the fence about GM's new moisturizer (not because it's not good - it is, I like it! - just not sure for me personally I need as much product as I'm using right now, plus the sunscreen I currently use has moisturizer as well)... so down the line I think I will probably drop one of the two from my routine, or else drop them both + just stick with the Squalane only. The jury's still out for now, but we'll see - for now I'm continuing to use all three until I'm out again and need to decide what to reorder.
Also I can't say enough good about the fab Beautylish team - I didn't reach out to them about a refund or replacement since it was part of a set (per their terms of service), but they reached out to me anyway and made it right - big A+++ there and really wowed me that they were willing to work with me on the issue + made what was an initially disappointing situation a fantastic experience! Thanks Beautylish, y'all are awesome + now have a customer for life! :-)

So first off, I was a huge fan already of the Squalane Oil & the Ultra-Hydrating sea buckthorn Oil ever since I ordered my first Super Seven set, and I'd read a lot about rosehip oil in the past & just hadn't tried any, so I was super excited to see Good Molecules had added the Pure Cold-Pressed Rosehip Seed Oil to the lineup and was looking forward to trying it.
Since I needed to re-order the other 2 oils anyway and now all 3 were available in the new Face Oil Set, I decided to order the set. Big mistake (and I've learned a lesson now) - I should have just ordered them all separately and tried the Rosehip Seed Oil first, since I can't return it without returning the whole set and reordering the other 2 oils separately. I'll for sure know not to do this with new products in the future!
So what was the deal with the Rosehip Seed Oil? It felt good on my face and it seemed to really do nicely - I just absolutely can't get past the smell. I used it for three days and walked around feeling like I smelled like fish all day. Actually, it smelled like oil that fish has been fried in to me. Any day I didn't use it and just used the other 2 oils, all was great. Any day with the Rosehip Seed Oil, there was the fishy smell again (plus since I'd slept with oil on, it made my hair smell that way too). I'm sure the product probably does a great job for its purpose, but since I can't get past the smell I'm declining using it further (and unfortunately can't return it on its own since it's part of a set). :(
The other two oils in the set are nothing more than fabulous! I'm especially a huge fan of the Squalane Oil. I honestly didn't think I needed or would use the Ultra-Hydrating Facial Oil at first - I thought just using the Squalane Oil would probably suit me just fine - but I tried the Ultra-Hydrating oil anyway and wow! I really love it & use it every single night as well as the Squalane Oil. It just makes my face feel really good. I noted the warning about only using it at night because it can slightly tint the skin yellow, and I only use it at night anyway, but honestly any tinting doesn't seem very noticeable.
The Squalane Oil is definitely my holy grail - if I had to choose between it & the Ultra-Hydrating Oil I'd choose the Squalane but I love using both. It just feels fantastic and I definitely think the Squalane Oil is one of the primary things in the GM line that is contributing to the great results I'm seeing with my skin.
I'm giving this review 4 stars still since the Squalane & Ultra-Hydrating Oils are so great, and I expect the Rosehip Seed Oil would produce good results if I could get past the smell, and being bothered by the scent is probably just subjective and mainly just me. I'll definitely keep ordering the other two oils though for sure (though separately, definitely!).

I have been using the Ordinary for several years and like their Marula Oil a lot. Thought I would try this Good Molecules trio and I am very glad I did. I really like the Squalane Oil (am reordering) and find it has helped my skin look less dull. The Rose Hip oil and Ultra Hydrating oil work well too. I still like my Marula Oil but will switch it up with these on a regular basis. Plan on trying some other products for my dull more mature skin.

I love the GM Niacinamide sample I received so I was excited to try other GM products. The only GM products that does not contain ingredients that I am allergic to are these oils. I got breakouts from these products and these oils have a play-dough scent. I appreciate that there are no fragrance added but I have used other natural facial oils without fragrance/essential oils and they smell different. Out of the three, I like the squalene the most but I cannot get over the scent.
