How to Use

Place the mask (folded inside the protective pouch) in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before use. Place the gel side onto clean skin. Secure the top velcro straps around the back of your head. Pull the bottom velcro straps up and tightly secure on top of your head. Leave the mask on for 10 minutes, gently massaging the beads over pressure points. Remove the mask, wipe it clean and store it in the pouch for the next use. Follow with your normal skincare routine. Discard the mask once you see signs of tarnishing & discoloration over time.

Tilbury Tip:

Cryotherapy is a form of ice treatment on the skin. Use with caution. Do not use on broken, irritated or sensitive skin or on top of medication rubbed into the skin. Should you experience any discomfort at any stage, remove the mask immediately. If you feel the mask is too cold on your skin, store it in the fridge instead. If the product is left in the freezer for longer than 30 mins, please wait approximately 10 mins (or 15 mins for sensitive skin) before applying to the face.

Burned my face

To be fair, I have genuine ginger gal skin; touch me and it will leave a red mark. However, my skin is not usually hypersensitive to procedures or products. I followed the instructions. At first, it was painful to bear. The frozen beads were very cold. While it was on, I just wondered how this is any different than putting a cold cloth in the fridge. The little studs did nothing special and the mask was gaping open in some areas, so I don't think it could even be occlusive enough to help infuse serums. After about 7 minutes, I just couldn't keep going with the cold on my skin. When I took it off, it burned like crazy. My cheeks stayed bright red for nearly 36 hours.
