This Mascara Primer is a power boost that improves curl, application and hold.

This 2-in-1 blend primes and seals to keeps mascara looking vibrant.

Curl-Setting Wax firms lashes while still being gentle to give you the perfect extreme curl. The Curl-Up Resin coats lashes evenly with a curl-holding film. The quick-drying property of this formula ensures that curls are instantly held in place.

How To Use

As a primer before mascara, apply from root to tip in an upward motion. Follow with mascara. Use as a top coat after mascara has fully dried and apply from root to tip in an upward motion.

My Holy Grail Product

This top coat & primer by Anna Sui is nothing short of magic! It's really a hack as opposed to a product because it literally fixed a problem. It COMPLETELY waterproofs ANY mascara when used as a top coat and keeps them curled all day. It made my lashes withstand rain,tears and even soap and water. My eyes also withstood rigorous rubbing and with absolutely no flaking AT ALL As a primer it gave my lashes a beautiful sheen, and gave me more length, separation and definition. And lastly, OMG, smells like roses even after applying mascara over it!

Wonderful smell and texture...

I really like the texture and the shape of the packaging ! It is very easy to apply, the brush is perfect for both up and downs eyelashes. The smell is just awsome ! Never had a mascara smelling this way... I just want to test the mascara now !

Not as good as I thought it be

I was hoping this would give me primer will help with the length since I have short straight Asian lashes, instead it didn't do anything besides making it them stick together in clumps and difficult to remove.
