Modern Renaissance Eye Shadow Palette

Norvina, Norvina, Norvina! Did you haunt my makeup dreams when making this palette, because all of the colors are perfection! I am thrilled to hear it is a permanent staple for ABH! All of the colors are so warm and beautiful. Like any other ABH eyeshadow, they are easy-to-blend, long-lasting, and perfection. You obviously get more bang for your buck when buying palettes versus singles though, so you know... get this palette and soon. If it's your first time trying ABH --- this is going to be where you want to start.

I pretty much didn't feel like I would ever buy another eye shadow palette after splurging on both the Natasha Denona 28's when they launched. However this palette caught my eye immediately and after doing some polling on social media I realized it was a must buy! This is my first time buying any of the ABH shadow palettes and wow! It's gorgeous and feels like the palette I've been trying to build with singles for years! Each shade is great, and performs well! I could see myself hitting pan on every shade! It's warm summery sunset feel is enough to convert cool toned eye lovers in a heart beat and because it's more on the warm neutral side its perfect for any eye color. Honestly...get this palette...it's total palette perfection and I can't put it down! For me it certainly looks like it will be one of the best beauty buys of 2016!

I think what I like most about it is that all the colors seem to compliment one another effortlessly. It's not your typical boring neutral eyeshadow palette for sure.

I think anyone can wear these shades pretty much all year long. They are on the powdery side. I'd say that's the only negative, but I just make sure to tap off the excess repeatedly before dipping in the shadow each time.

The palette can easily get pretty messy from the fallout, so you have to be careful about that. All in all, I think it's a unique and stunning palette that most would be happy with.

This is the most creamy and beautiful pallet I've ever owned. I have quite a few high end pallets, but this one is just sooo lush! Highly recommend!!!!!! It's mostly matte, but the two shimmers are to die for. It's a perfect combination!!

This palette is so beautiful. The formula is soft, buttery, creamy & pigmented. You just have to touch it to really understand & appreciate it. It is such high quality for such an affordable price! I'll be buying my sister one for her birthday when they come back in stock :)

Pros:Highly pigmented, a very cohesive palette you can use to get several looks, not just another boring neutral palette with browns, taupes etc, stunning warm tones with unique colors that truly pop (oranges/browns/burgundies), beautiful colors for summer transitioning into fall, flatting on any skin tone, easy to blend

Cons: There is a lot of kick up when you swirl your brush in pans

Overall: I have never bought an ABH palette so I cannot speak for how it compares in quality to previous palettes but for me, the one con of lots of kickup can be totally be overlooked for this absolutely gorgeous palette! This is definitely worth the investment if you are into these warm colors. My senses have been numbed by all underwhelming neutral palettes released that all pretty much look the same but this is a definitely a winner! Unique excellent quality!

This palette is amazing, beautiful colors, and highly pigmented. I am extremely happy with my purchase but the one thing I really want to express is the detail in the packaging from the company, upon receiving, it was neatly packaged with the box labeled beautylish, lots of tissue paper to ensure it doesn't break and then wrapped neatly and there's also a cute sample not even the company of ABH has that type of quality packaging that is what blew me away I already knew this product was going to be great but it's the quality of the packaging that makes me want to order off this site rather then any other :)

I've been waiting for this since I saw the 1st sneak peaks awhile back on the Internet, I ordered it as soon as I got email from Sephora that it was in stock. When I opened it omg it's more beautiful then the pictures I 1st saw. It's like Anastasia took the picture in my head of my dream palette and produced it. This is by far one of the most unique palettes I've seen in quite some time, honestly as of late most I don't even batt a lash at. The colors in here are just high quality and so luxe..color beautiful paired color like the company actually took time to put together a cohesive collection of colors that would all flow well with each other to perfection. The quality and pigmentation of this palette is much better then previous anastasia palettes I've purchased in the past, buttery pure pigment with every color, no chalk like texture at all. Reds and and raspberry tone colors along with burnt orange have always been my favorite. Buon Fresco is also a color that is quite impressive like a very subtle almost plum shade. Overall this is one of those WoW products that just make you appreciate a brand for really putting something together that took alot of effort and thought." Hands Down "Brushes In " I am going to have to say that this is my top product of 2016 by far. It's nice to see so much different color that works so well with each other, I've pretty much given up on pallets and rather put extra money into singles, to get something I enjoy.....Modern is definitely the word for this and gives me hope that the cosmetics world can come out with something that still Wows me..Anastasia I would give you 10 stars if possible thank you for making this beautiful collection(:

The shades in the Modern Renaissance palette are gorgeous. Pigmentation and saturation is through the roof. My only complaint is the darker shades are not a pro blending formula. I have to work harder to diffuse and keep it even. But hey, it's a steal of a deal for 14 shadows. I didn't have creasing (without primer) and they do kick up quite a bit in the pans. Press your brushes into the cakes instead of swiping to help with this.
