This is the first brow brush that I got to use with the Anastasia powder duo. At first I liked it (cause I knew no better...) but then I got more and more frustrated with it because it would take me so long to fill in my eyebrows for a natural result.
I heard that natural hair brushes apply powders better to the skin and switched to Wayne Goss 21 brush and now it takes me less then a minute to do both of my eyebrows. My brows are fairly large but I have a few bare patches where multiple hairs are missing and I need to fill in for a flawless look. The 7B brush required multiple applications to fill in those areas as it doesn't apply powder well to the skin.
I am not sure how it works with other brow products as I haven't tried any but powder, but my advise is don't waste your money on a synthetic eyebrow brush and get a natural hair one.
If you already have this or a similar brush, I found that using wax on the brows before application does help but again, compared to my new brush, it still takes a lot of product and time.
On the positive. the spoolie is very sturdy so at least I can keep using this brush for the spoolie side of it. Unfortunately I didn't get this product through Beautilish and it took me a few months of use to realise that I hate it and that's why I couldn't return it :(
If you're new to the world of brow products outside of pencils, this is a great starter brush. I use mine with the ABH Dip brow. For a pomade like that, this brush does a great job of applying product evenly and smoothly to give you a great brow tail and fill-in. If you're one who likes a more natural look, I'd maybe try using this brush with the powder duo (or another powder product) or stay away from it altogether; this brush definitely supplies that super "on fleek" look with just a couple strokes. It also works really well for a straight winged liner for gel pot users.
